I felt more excited than nervous. Two years of hard work, my own work, was finally going to be put to good use as a tool to get me in!

Speaking to fellow interviewees in reception helped calm nerves and also I had the chance to get a incite into who I was up against. 30-40 places, 8 candidates at this interview (the majority female).

I met a friendly aspiring Photographer called Laura who seemed surprised by the size of everyone's portfolios. The preparations and tweaks that I had made to my A1 portfolio made me feel confident that I had selected the correct work to show the range of my abilities.

John, the course leader came across as friendly and seemed to have the respect of 2nd year students who also attended my interview. Overall I feel that the interview went fantastically well! I had the chance to ask questions and to talk about my influences and interests for 20 minutes.
